The Company does not directly control all user-provided Content or Inputs within the Service. Users may be responsible, under applicable laws, for issues arising from the Contentor Input they provide.
8.2 AI-Generated Output
The Service provides AI-generated Output based on user-provided Input.
In certain cases, issues related to Output may arise depending on how the Input isprovided or how the Output is used, including:
(i) where the issue originates from user-provided Input;
(ii) where the Output is modified, edited, or adapted by the user;
(iii) where the Output is combined with third-party materials;
(iv) where applicable laws, platform policies, or guidelines are not sufficientlyconsidered.
Users are encouraged to review and make informed decisions regarding how Outputis used.
The Company does not actively monitor or verify all Inputs or Outputs generated through the Service.
8.3 Characteristics of Output
AI-generated Output may vary depending on Input and generation conditions, andmay not always meet specific expectations or requirements.
Users are encouraged to review and assess the suitability of Output before using it in production, distribution, or commercial contexts.
8.4 Intellectual Property and Publicity
Output may include elements that are subject to third-party rights such as intellectual property or publicity rights.
Additional review may be appropriate, particularly where:
(i) Input includes identifiable individuals or protected content;
(ii) Output is used in manufacturing, samples, or commercial distribution such as e-commerce.
8.5 Commercial Use and Compliance
When using Output for commercial purposes, users should consider applicable laws and platform policies.
This may include requirements such as labeling or disclosing AI-generated content where necessary.
Users are encouraged to ensure appropriate compliance based on their specific usecase.
Users are expected to follow applicable safeguards and guidelines provided within the Service.
8.6 Exception
Nothing in this Article limits liability in cases of willful misconduct or material breachby the Company.
8.7 Third-Party AI Services
The Service may rely on third-party AI services, including those provided by Google.
Such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

The Company does not interpret or extend such third-party policies, and users may consider them when using the Service.
Article 9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall besubject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
Supplementary Provision
This Terms of Service is effective from April 1, 2026
